Earlier today, the Town issued a letter to the applicant for the proposed project at 95 Broadway. This letter confirms that the applicant has submitted all the required materials for the application to move forward into the next stage of review.
It’s important to note:
- The project has not been approved.
- This letter simply means that the application is considered “complete” under state law and Town requirements.
- Town staff will now carefully review the proposal against Fairfax’s objective design standards and development requirements.
- Any deficiencies in the application will be identified and shared with the applicant within 30 days.
Residents are encouraged to continue submitting comments to 95broadway@townoffairfax.org.
