Are your kids ready for an exciting adventure with Play-Well Legos Materials this summer? We are partnering with Play-well Technologies to bring school aged youth 5- 9 years old a variety of options, including Minecraft Robotics Using LEGO Spike Prime and Dino Design Using LEGOS Materials
Need to know
- Location: Fairfax Pavilion
- Camp Schedule: Minecraft Robotics, July 20, 2026 from 9am - 12noon, geared towards 7-9 year olds
- Camp Schedule: Dino Design, August 3, 2026 from 9am - 12noon, geared towards 5-9 year olds
- Camp Participants: Ages 5- 9 years old
We keep it small and engaging, with a limit of 16 kids. - Camp Fee: Early Bird: $272 for Minecraft and $235 for Dino Design before May 1, 2026
What to Expect
Minecraft Robotics using LEGOS Materials - Half Day July 20 week (Ages 7-9)
Venture into the world of Minecraft while learning to build and program robots in this introductory Robotics class using the LEGO Spring Prime system. Join us as we learn basic programming skills while traveling through biomes, harvesting resources, and battling the Ender Dragon. Students will work in pairs to build LEGO based projects incorporating motors, sensors, and lights as we adventure with Steve!
Dino Design using LEGO Materials- Half Day August 3 week (Ages 5-9)
Travel back to the Jurassic era in this hands-on STEM adventure powered by LEGO! Guided by our enthusiastic Play Well instructors, young builders will return to the age of dinosaurs, using LEGOS to bring the time of the dinosaurs to life. Design and engineer secure habitats for gentle herivores, embark on daring expeditions to track down elusive species, and uncover the secrets of powerful predator dinosaurs. Get ready for a dino-sized adventure packed with building, problem-solving, and imagination!
