Application for Project at 95 Broadway: Incompleteness Determination

An application was submitted to the Town of Fairfax Department of Planning and Building Services on May 8, 2025.

The application has been reviewed for completeness in accordance with the Permit Streamlining Act (California Government Code Section 65920 et seq.) and has been determined to be INCOMPLETE and will require further information to be determined to be complete.

Background

A Preliminary Application for this project was first submitted under provisions of the Housing Crisis Act of 2019 (SB 330) and California Government Code Section 65941.1 on November 12, 2024. At that time, Town staff determined that some required information was missing and the applicant submitted a valid Preliminary Application on December 4, 2024.
