About the program

Nurture Neuroscience Circle is a series of mommy and me gatherings led by a Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner. Over 10, 90-minute sessions, we explore key topics that mothers and families need to know to foster lifelong health for both babies and themselves.

Based on the bestselling book The Nurture Revolution by Greer Kirshenbaum PhD, this course teaches mothers the science and art of nurturing lifelong health. During the critical 0-3 years, babies experience rapid brain development, and the nurturing environment we provide helps create brain circuits that support their mental and physical well-being for life. At the same time, mothers experience their own brain development, and by nurturing their mental health, we strengthen the bond between mother and baby, paving the way for a healthier future for both.

You Get:

  • An expert to guide you and answer all of your questions about your baby and yourself.
  • A new topic and parenting practice each session.
  • Peer support from other mothers in your group, both during the course and through an online group.

What happens in a class?

  • A nourishing practice for you.
  • A practice to connect you with your baby.
  • An opportunity to learn a new health-promoting topic each week.
  • An opportunity to share your experience, ask questions, and receive support.

What topics will we cover?

  • Infant brain development
  • Parent brain development
  • Growing your baby’s brain through relationships, communication and sleep
  • Understanding your baby’s stress
  • Easing stress for mothers

Only 10 spots available—early registration is encouraged to secure your place. A waitlist is available.
