The Bolinas Road retaining wall and road repair project at milepost 5.73, about four miles west of Fairfax, is now complete, and both lanes are fully open. The $2.2 million project repaired storm damage from March 2024 and is part of a broader effort to improve 6.5 miles of Bolinas Road for resiliency and safety. Additional retaining wall projects are underway, and the County is seeking federal funding for further repairs.
