The newly established Fairfax Community Emergency Preparedness Committee is being formed to support and help coordinate collaborative town-wide efforts to prepare residents to respond to emergencies of all kinds. Restaurants are asked to only serve water to customers upon request. Businesses are asked to review their water use practices and implement water conservation actions where appropriate. Residents are encouraged to reduce the amount of water both in our homes and on our landscaping. Read the Resolution here.
