The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) are accepting public comments on Draft Plan Bay Area 2050+ and the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) through Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
