Looking for connection, support, and a space to just be during early parenthood?
Join therapist Ali Vogt, LMFT, for a welcoming, therapist-led group that supports you through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting little ones up to age 3.

We talk about it all—birth recovery, identity shifts, sleep, relationships, finding balance, and more. Share, listen, or simply soak it in—this is a judgment-free, baby-friendly space.

Come as you are – with or without your baby. Feeding, changing, fussing, and toddler chatter are all welcome.
