About the program
Torpedo Wharf is a local rock band consisting of Carl Brown, Vaughn Brown, and Josh Goldberger from the Ross Valley. The group was brought together when Vaughn’s dog, Winston, jumped into the bay and never returned. Winston’s fearless act was a call to arms: turn trauma into joyful noise. The concert will also feature El Camino Real (San Francisco) and Kids on a Crime Spree (Oakland). Sponsored by the Fairfax Parks & Recreation Commission.
