Fairfax Craft Faire Application

Application Deadline: November 1, 2025

We aim for “Sustainably Derived Crafts” which means made from at least one or more of these sources: organic, nature-based, local (with 50 mile radius of Fairfax), hand-crafted, non-toxic, eco-friendly, recycled, reused materials and no plastic.  Please no service oriented applications. Food must be preserved/non perishable and packaged for gift giving.

  • If you are a new vendor it is especially important to show your work so we can review. If you do not have a website please email photos to: Maria Baird at mbaird@townoffairfax.org
  • Once I am notified of my acceptance to the Faire, I will pay the $150 non- refundable fee by, online payment or check made payable to the Town of Fairfax. Mail to: Fairfax Recreation (142 Bolinas Road, Fairfax, CA 94930) Deadline for payment is November 15. I understand a space will not be reserved until payment is made in full.
  • ● I understand that Fairfax Recreation reserves the right to deny any vendor’s application if her or his work does not meet the criteria or is considered inappropriate for sale at the Fairfax Craft Fair. ● I understand that if accepted as a vendor for the Fairfax Craft Fair, I must pay the fee to reserve my space by November 15. My entry fee will be non-refundable once I am selected as a vendor and have paid in full. • I agree to participate in promotion of this event in my social networks and community with the information provided from Fairfax Craft Faire. ● I understand that I am agreeing to operate my booth as a seller for the entire duration of the Fairfax Craft Fair. I agree to keep my booth set up and stay until the event is over at 5:00pm. ● I understand that I cannot bring in a tent and must have approval for any other display that is not a 3x6 table. ● I agree to clean up after myself and leave my space free of all garbage at the end of the event. ● I understand that the Fairfax Craft Faire & Fairfax Recreation’s coordinators are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any items.
