The property at 95 Broadway, known as “School Street,” is being considered for redevelopment into a mixed use project. A preliminary application was submitted earlier this year and now a full application submittal has been received by the Town and is currently under review.
The applicant proposes:
- 202 market-rate and 41 affordable housing units
- 5,750 square feet of commercial space
- Two (2) levels of parking
- Four (4) stories of residential.
The application was submitted on May 8 and is currently under review in accordance with all Town requirements.
