LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT The Fairfax Town Council acknowledges that we are located on the un-ceded ancestral lands of the Coast Miwok people of present-day Marin County. We honor with gratitude the land itself, and all of its ancestors: past, present, and emerging.

MEETING PROTOCOL The Mayor shall maintain order at the meetings. The Council and the audience are expected to refrain from using profane language and/or ridiculing the character or motives of council members, staff, or members of the public and to maintain the standards of tolerance and civility. Please turn off all cellular phones or place them in silent mode.

The Town Council will review the agenda at 10:00 P.M. to ascertain which items, if any, will be continued to another meeting. Any matter not started by 11:30 P.M. will be continued to an adjourned or regular council meeting unless the Council votes to suspend this rule.

REPORT OUT ON CLOSED SESSION

OPEN TIME FOR PUBLIC EXPRESSION This is the time for the public to address the Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Each speaker is limited to two (2) minutes. The Council cannot take action or discuss items not on the agenda, as restricted by state law (Gov. Code §54954.2). If there are more speakers after 30 minutes, Open Time will continue at the end of the agenda.

1. Receive and File Certificate of Sufficiency of Local Recall Petitions Seeking Removal of Councilmembers Blash and Hellman and Approve Setting the Special Municipal Election Date for the Recall

2. Cannabis Business Permit for a Cannabis Storefront Retailer/Adult Use Retail Delivery-only Business at 1601 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard

3. Rescind Resolution 25-15 and Adopt a Replacement Resolution Forming the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee with Expanded Membership; and Consider Appointments

4. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Town Manager to Execute an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with CSW/ST2 for the Park Road Rehabilitation and Improvement Project

5. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Town Manager to Execute a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the Town and Fairchild Broms Design for the Fire Station 21 Remodel Project and Receive Project Timeline Update

6. CONSENT CALENDAR The Council can approve all items on the Consent Calendar in one action. Alternatively, any Council or staff member can remove items for separate discussion and voting. Public comments for Consent Calendar items are taken collectively, not item by item. During this period, speakers may address any item on the Consent Calendar, with each speaker allotted up to two minutes and limited to one comment session.
