The property located at 95 Broadway, also known as “School Street,” is being proposed for redevelopment as a mixed-use project. This property was identified as a potential site for new affordable housing in the Town of Fairfax’s Housing Element, which was adopted earlier this year.
The project applicant is proposing:
- Residential Space: 257,039 square feet comprising 202 market-rate units and 41 affordable units (25% low-income affordable).
