On October 24, 2025, the Town of Fairfax issued a response letter to the applicant regarding the proposed 95 Broadway mixed-use project. The correspondence follows a letter received from the applicant on October 20, 2025.
The Town’s response reiterates the next steps and applicable procedures under the ministerial review process for qualifying projects in the Workforce Housing Overlay District.
